Last month, we were very excited to announce our plans to build a new state-of-the art terminal in PortMiami! This highly-innovative cruise terminal will be fully operational by 2022.

Booking a cruise from Miami has many benefits. Travellers can first enjoy Miami and its famous beaches before embarking on a well-deserved holiday break sailing across the Caribbean Sea to the tropical destinations of Puerto Rico, Mexico, Cuba, or the Bahamas.

A brand-new terminal: PortMiami
PortMiami represents true innovation in the cruise industry and will offer a better travelling experience for our international and North American customers as they start their journey to the Caribbean.

Not only will it be able to host two mega cruise ships at the same time, it will enable an impressive increase in the daily number of passenger movements, creating more seamless and relaxed travel conditions for our passengers. The new terminal is also a superb achievement in terms of design and architecture, thanks to the world famous architecture firm Arquitectonia.

MSC Cruises currently operates four vessels out of PortMiami: MSC Seaside and MSC Armonia year-round; MSC Divina seasonally; and MSC Meraviglia, which will join the ships sailing from Miami this autumn. With the new cruise facilities, MSC Cruises will bring 1 million guests through PortMiami each year.

Our Caribbean cruises from Miami
From Port Miami, MSC Cruises offers guests the opportunity to sail on four different types of ships, with various characteristics and several activities on board. All ships are available for 7 or 14 nights-long cruises, sailing around and to Caribbean countries such as Mexico, Bahamas, Cuba and Puerto Rico.

MSC Meraviglia
Aboard MSC Meraviglia, customers will have the opportunity to enjoy a double-deck inside promenade, as well as an amazing Galleria packed with boutiques and restaurants. It offers leisure opportunities for the whole family, with a fantastic pool by day which is transformed into a dancefloor by night. Finally, thanks to its amazing partnership with Cirque du Soleil, MSC Meraviglia features two original shows in its Carousel Lounge, a stunning venue.

MSC Divina
Aboard MSC Divina, customers can enjoy a number of entertainment activities, including visits to a casino and the theatre, as well as a private yacht club and a spa with amazing sea views.

MSC Seaside
Aboard MSC Seaside, customers can enjoy two pools, one with an amazing panoramic view and one offering fun for children (adults of course still welcome!) Customers can also enjoy a magnificent view down the waterfront boardwalk, and dip into the numerous bars and restaurants for places to relax and eat delicious food. The luxurious ship also offers a multilevel glass wall, a state-of-the-art spa and gym, as well as a private yacht club.

MSC Armonia
Aboard MSC Armonia, family and kids will be content thanks to MSC Cruises’ partnership with brands such as LEGO for the ship’s infrastructure and play areas. For parents, the ship also offers great relaxation – we recommend a visit to the spa and booking a massage. Finally, the whole family will have the opportunity to enjoy the ship’s 330 squared meters solely dedicated to music and dancing – what’s not to love!
