Each time you cruise with us, you will earn points toward leveling up your membership.
Points are based on:
- The type of MSC Experience purchased and length of the cruise
- Onboard services prepaid before the cruise
MSC Voyagers Club members also receive extra points when booking Voyagers Exclusives itineraries or World Cruises. Plus, all guests can earn 100 bonus points by updating their contact information up to 72h prior to sailing.

What discounts do MSC Voyagers members receive when booking a cruise?
Classic members and above receive 5% discount on the cruise fare on every cruise they book. All members have access to the Voyagers Selection which will feature select sailings at a discounted rate up to 15% off.
What are the embarkation privileges for each membership tier?
We are excited to welcome our Diamond Members and provide priority check-in (after security) as well as dedicated locations for priority luggage drop-off.
Blue Diamond Members will also benefit from priority check-in (after security) as well as priority luggage drop-off at the Yacht Club and have access to the Yacht Club Lounge for check-in.
What special events are available on board for members?
On cruises over 3 nights, there are special events that are available to our members. All events will be communicated once on board.
What is the Voyagers Gift that Gold, Diamond, and Blue Diamond members receive on board?
Gold Members: New MSC branded shopping bag.
Diamond & Blue Diamond Members: MSC branded beauty case.
What is the milestone reward and when do I get it?
Milestone reward pins are awarded when a member reaches a new tier starting with the Silver tier. The pin is delivered on the first cruise after the Member reaches the new level. Blue Diamond Members will receive their pin in their MSC Voyagers Club Blue Diamond Kit, which will also include a ship model and a 100ml fragrance.
Are there any meet-and-greet opportunities with the crew?
Yes, Blue Diamond members can attend a meet and greet with the captain or an MSC officer. Invitations will be delivered to stateroom with event details.
Do MSC Voyagers Club members receive discounts on board?
• All members receive a discount for onboard Spa/Beauty/Fitness services
• Classic Members and above also receive onboard discounts for Logo Shop, Photos, Wifi packages,
and F1 Simulator circuit

A few of the new benefits include:
Gold, Diamond, and Blue Diamond Members: Priority disembarkation on the last day of the cruise.

How do I earn MSC Voyager Club points?
Points are earned based on the type of experience booked (Bella, Fantastica, Aurea, MSC Yacht Club), the length of your cruise, and any prepaid onboard services. You can also earn bonus points!
How do I earn bonus points?
Bonus points can be earned as follows:
- MSC Voyagers Exclusives – double membership points if booking 12+ months in advance
- MSC World Cruise – triple membership points
- FCC Booking – double membership points for FCC onboard booking
- Subscription – 500 points if registering after 3 months after disembarkation; 100 points when registering / updating contact details with confirmed booking 72 hrs. prior departure
- Birthday - 200 points for cruise booked three months after Members’ birthday
- MSC Voyagers Selection / Early Access to new Programs - 700 points not automatically earned
How many points do I earn for prepaid purchases before the cruise?
You earn 100 points for every $150 spent on prepaid services, 200 points for cruise fares that include a beverage package, and 100 points for other packages included in your cruise fare.
Are there any bonuses for booking in advance?
Yes! Classic, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Blue Diamond members can receive an additional 5% discount off their future cruise when booking more than 9 months in advance. If they book more than 12 months then they will also earn double points, as well as an onboard credit of €/$ 50 per member.
What are the bonus points for booking through a Future Cruise Consultant?
If you book your next cruise on board with a Future Cruise Consultant, you will earn double membership points on the future cruise.
Is there a birthday bonus for points?
Yes, you will receive 200 bonus points if you book your cruise within three months after your birthday.
Can I check my Voyagers Club points balance?
Yes, your points balance can be checked online through your Voyagers Club account. Points are assigned approximately 10 business days after you return from your cruise.
Do my points expire?
Yes, Voyagers Club Members must sail at least one time every five years for their points to remain active. If there is no cruise activity for five years, the points will expire.
How many points do I need to achieve Blue Diamond status?
Guests who receive a minimum of 25,000 points will receive our ultimate MSC Voyagers Cub Blue Diamond status.
If I am a current Diamond member, but have more than 25,000 points, will I automatically gain Blue Diamond status?
Yes! Your status will be upgraded and reflected on your next sailing. Welcome to Blue Diamond!
Why did I not receive my $50.00 onboard credit, I am a Silver member?
To qualify for the $50 onboard credit, you must be a Silver, Gold, Diamond, or Blue Diamond Voyagers Club member and book your cruise at least 12 months before your sailing date.
Why did I not receive double points I am a Silver member?
To earn double points, you must be a Silver, Gold, Diamond, or Blue Diamond Voyagers Club member and book your cruise at least 12 months before your departure date.
Why is my Voyagers Club status different from my spouse's if we have taken the same number of cruises?
Voyagers Club status is based on the total number of points earned, not just the number of cruises taken. Points can vary based on factors such as the length of the cruise, stateroom category, onboard purchases made before the cruise, and promotional point offers. As a result, two guests who have taken the same number of cruises may have different point totals and status levels.
