      No, the activities are free.

    • Is there a pre-paid card for young guests?

The “Teen Card’ is a prepaid card exclusively for our younger guests. Children and teenagers under 18 can use the card for whatever they want to buy, and also as the key to their stateroom. Available in different amounts, these easy-to-use cards are a convenient way to give teenagers a taste of independence. To purchase a Teen Card, just complete the form you receive during check-in, and Bring it to Guest Services - Reception. The card will be delivered directly to your stateroom.   Please note that the Teen Card is non-refundable, therefore any credit remaining on the card at the end of the cruise will not be reimbursed.

    • Can children register in the MSC Voyagers

Yes, MSC Voyagers Club membership is open to all ages. However, if you are under 18, subscription can only be completed by a parent or legal guardian. The following information is required: name, last name and date of birth. Email is optional.

    • Are cots and highchairs available on board?

Yes, a limited number of cots and highchairs are available on board, although please be prepared for increased demand for these during the high season. Please be sure that your request for these items is completed at the time of booking.

    • Is it possible to leave children on board while parents disembark for an excursion?

Yes, provided that the miniclub staff is notified one day prior to the excursion.

    • What are Inclusive Experiences?

Inclusive Experiences is MSC Cruises pricing structure. Instead of just choosing your stateroom, you now have the opportunity to choose one of the four Inclusive Experiences (Bella, Fantastica, Aurea, MSC Yacht Club).

    • How does booking my cruise work with Inclusive Experiences?

Booking your cruise with Inclusive Experiences is easy. Follow three simple steps to book.   1.     Choose your category (Interior, Ocean View, Balcony, Suite)   2.     Choose your experience (Bella, Fantastica, Aurea, MSC Yacht Club)   3.     Book your MSC Cruise

    • Which stateroom category does each Inclusive Experience apply to?

All staterooms, interior, ocean view, balcony and suites are included in the Inclusive Experiences.

    • What makes Inclusive Experiences different?

The new Inclusive Experiences are based on the stateroom and included amenities that travelers are looking for (e.g. flexible dining times, SPA packages, etc.). Previous categories didn’t include amenities except for MSC Yacht Club. For example, the Bella Experience is the best price with a la carte amenities that can be added on with a fee. The Fantastica, Aurea, and MSC Yacht Club Experiences each have their own set of amenities based on what experience you are looking for.

    • Does the Inclusive Experience always include the same benefit on all ships?

Yes, the Inclusive Experiences are generally the same fleet-wide. Please note: only the Fantasia class ships have the MSC Yacht Club Experience.

    • Will Inclusive Experiences be eligible for MSC Voyagers Club Rewards?

MSC Voyagers Club Members will continue to earn points for all Inclusive Experiences including the Bella, Fantastica, Aurea, and MSC Yacht Club Experience.

    • Will it be possible to add on any additional packages (such as spa, beverage, specialty dining)?

Yes. Guests may purchase any additional service/package. For example, if you booked a Bella balcony stateroom you can also add a beverage package to your cruise.

    • How do upgrades work?

Each experience upgrade will require a stateroom upgrade as well.  There are 3 types of upgrades:           - an Experience upgrade (e.g. from Balcony Bella to Balcony Fantastica)           - a stateroom category upgrade (e.g. from Inside Bella to Balcony Bella)           - an Experience and stateroom category upgrade (e.g. from Inside Bella to Balcony Fantastica)   Upgrades are subject to availability, and can be requested only during the validity of a certain promotion.   In the situation of technical upgrades (managed by MSC Cruises), the guest will benefit from the stateroom upgrade, excluding the content of the Experience (pre-cruise or on board). Therefore it would be a "stateroom only" upgrade, with same services originally paid by the guest.  (E.g. if you booked a Bella stateroom, you can be upgraded to a Fantastica stateroom, but you will keep the Bella experience you originally booked.)

    • How will the MSC crew know which Inclusive Experience I booked?

New key cards for each traveler will reflect each Inclusive Experience.

    • Is there a room service charge?

For the Bella Experience, there is a 24-hour $3.95 delivery charge for room service. For Fantastica and Aurea, room service is free from the hours of 6am-11pm. After 11pm, there is a $3.95 fee.

    • Can I choose my stateroom with the Bella Experience?

Yes. You may request your stateroom for the Bella Experience upon booking; however, the request will be honored for the staterooms that are allocated to the Bella Experience and are subject to availability.

    • Can I choose my dining time with the Bella Experience?

Customers can request early or late seating, but priority will be given to Fantastica Experience guests. Dining time will be confirmed once on board.

    • What kind of kid's activities do you have?

Besides the Aqua Park, video arcade, and Infant & Kid’s Club that accommodates children from 3 years old to teenagers, Fantastica and Aurea Experience guests' children can participate in our DoReMi cooking classes, where children learn basic baking skills, and the DoReMi language course, where children learn basic sentences in 6 different languages. • What kind of wellness classes do you offer?

Classes such as yoga, pilates and AquaCycling are all available on board. Please refer to your daily program for class times.

    • How does priority boarding work for the Aurea Experience?

Aurea guests will have priority check-in and boarding at dedicated check-in desks. Please note that the priority is only on embarkation day. No priority is foreseen on all other cruise days.

    • How does unlimited drinks work with the Aurea Experience?

Guests will receive unlimited drinks of specialty coffee, soft drinks, non-premium cocktails, beer, wine or take away ice cream/gelato throughout the duration of the cruise.

    • What's included in the spa package with the Aurea Experience?

One 60 minute massage, steam and sauna room access, welcome drink and spa consultation will be received for the 1st and 2nd guests that have booked an Aurea Experience. Spa times are subject to availability. It is recommended to make an appointment once on board.

    • Are there any differences among ships?

The items comprised in each Inclusive Experience are always the same. Although, for Aurea Experience guests, there are slight variations in the sun deck due to different characteristics of each class of ships. Hence, the reserved sun deck is not always the same and it has been specifically identified ship by ship:   - Fantasia class: Top deck 18  - Musica class: Deck 16 (bow solarium). Only on Magnifica there will  also be  a cafè  - Lirica class: Deck 13 (bow sundeck)

    • Which services are included in the Top 18 sundeck?

Offering includes:          - Towel         - Refreshing chilled towel         - Tiki bar (for Fantasia class ships only)         - Bar service (Lirica and Musica class ships only)         - Specially dedicated SPA menu         - Water mister   Please note: Age requirements for the sun deck is 21 for Caribbean sailings and 18 for Mediterranean sailings.

    • What does My Choice Dining mean?

Aurea Experience guests are able to dine anytime during restaurant hours in a dedicated area. Guests will choose their My Choice Dining time once on board. Times based on availability. Reservations with Maître d’ are recommended.
