MSC Cruises USA Cruise Assurance Program Info & FAQ

Up To 48 Hour Cancellation Before Your Cruise

At MSC Cruises USA, we want you to book a cruise with the assurance you need. That's why we've created the CRUISE ASSURANCE PROGRAM - allowing new and existing guests who have booked a cruise through MSC Cruises USA to cancel up to 48 hours prior to their cruise departure and receive a Future Cruise Credit to reschedule your cruise for a future date.

Effective March 10, 2020, guests have greater flexibility on sailings departing through July 31, 2020. If you opt to cancel a booked cruise in the given timeframe, we'll give you a Future Cruise Credit in the amount you paid and you can reschedule your cruise. Your Future Cruise Credit is valid on any cruise departing on or before December 31, 2021.

If you choose to cancel your current cruise, you will receive a Future Cruise Credit to reschedule for a future cruise. You must fill out the form: CRUISE ASSURANCE FORM
