MSC Cruise Assurance Program FAQ

What is MSC Cruise Assurance?

Our new Cruise Assurance program is a temporary policy that allows guests who have a cruise booked through MSC Cruises USA (and paid in full) to cancel their cruise up to 48 hours before the cruise departure and reschedule for a future sailing. Effective March 10, 2020, Cruise Assurance is valid on sailings departing on or before October 31, 2020. If you choose to cancel your cruise and reschedule, a Future Cruise Credit will be given in the amount paid (excluding GFT and any pre-paid packages, which will be refunded in the original form of payment no earlier than 60 days from your original cruise date) that is valid on any MSC cruise on or before December 31, 2021.
