Flexible Cancellation Policy - Cancel Up To 48 Hours Before Your Cruise

We can't wait to get back to cruising with you on the open seas. At this time all cruises starting from July 11, 2020 are scheduled to sail without changes. We realize that with the current environment you may want to reschedule to a future date, so we want you to feel assured that we understand. 

MSC CRUISE ASSURANCE - FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY: Effective March 10, 2020 for ALL CRUISES sailing on or before Sept. 30, 2020

MSC Cruises USA is allowing new and existing bookings to cancel up to 48 hours prior to their cruise departure and reschedule for a future date. If you choose to cancel your current cruise, you will receive a Future Cruise Credit (excl. government taxes, fees & prepaid items) to reschedule for a future cruise.

Impacted guests who previously opted in to our MSC Cruise Assurance program for a 100% FCC are now eligible for the higher 125% FCC. If you have been impacted by the canceled cruises from March 14 - July 10 and previously submitted a request through MSC Cruise Assurance, YOU MUST COMPLETE A NEW FORM. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. 

If you have booked your cruise through a travel advisor, we encourage you to contact your travel advisor and they will assist you with your options. For bookings made directly with MSC Cruises USA or for those who have not been able to make contact with your travel advisor, and your cruise has been canceled, please select your cruise destination below.
