
The country, which is French-speaking (currency is the Euro) enjoys an excellent climate and a beautiful settings on the Côte d'Azur. Monaco is famous for many things, notably its legendary casino (which has featured in James Bond films), the Monaco Grand Prix (every May), and as the adopted home of Princess Grace, the American movie star who married Prince Rainer III of Monaco in 1956 (the sumptuous Prince’s Palace can be visited during parts of the year).
