Personal MobilityWe advise guests using a wheelchair to travel with someone who is able to assist them both aboard and ashore. Some ports-of-call require tenders to go ashore and may preclude guests using wheelchairs from leaving the vessel; this decision must be made by the ship’s Master and is binding. Guests must bring wheelchairs for their own use. |

Special DietsDo you have specific diet requirements, for particular conditions and allergies or simply because you are a vegetarian?MSC Cruises has considered this, and has asked its Chefs to develop a variety of customized diets, designed specifically for you and your personal needs! MSC Cruises works closely the AIC - Associazione Italiana Celiachia (Italian Celiac Association) to provide gluten-free menus in the restaurants of MSC Fantasia, MSC Musica, MSC Orchestra and MSC Poesia cruising in the Mediterranean and in Northern Europe. On MSC Splendida, MSC Lirica, MSC Opera, MSC Sinfonia, MSC Armonia, MSC Melody guests can find pre-packaged gluten-free products like snacks, biscuits, croissants, plumcakes and muffins. |

Visual ImpairmentOn MSC Cruises ships we are determined to make the cruising experience as enjoyable as possible for guests with visual impairments. Our staterooms and suites, restaurants and lounges have been designed to incorporate Braille wherever possible. Our crew and staff will be pleased to assist in every way. Hearing ImpairmentOn MSC Cruises ships we are determined to make the cruising experience as enjoyable as possible for guests with hearing impairments.Hearing impairment kits are available upon request. Each kit is actually a suitcase filled with devices aimed to assist those with hearing disability. Through lights and vibrations, they are notified when the alarm clock goes off, when the door bells, when the phone rings and in the event of a fire, the alarm goes off to evacuate the boat. Moreover, personal wireless amplifiers to be used in the theaters and the lounges are also available. Light indicators are available in elevators. |
