Available Any Time Prior To 24 Hours Before The Departure Date

To expedite the process at the pier, MSC Web Check-in allows guests to check-in online any time PRIOR TO 24 HOURS BEFORE THE DAY OF DEPARTURE (e.g. those departing on Saturday would not be able to use MSC Web Check-in after Thursday at 11:59 PM). You must enter your FIRST AND LAST NAME EXACTLY AS IT HAS BEEN LISTED ON YOUR RESERVATION. MSC Web Check-in does not function when being accessed through AOL. If you are an AOL user, please open Internet Explorer or another internet browser to access. If you need immediate assistance, please click on “CLICK TO CHAT ONLINE” at the right side of your screen.
