Further Information:

1.   Will the on-line check-in allow me to go directly onboard?

The on-line check-in allows you to go directly to a privileged check-in desk.  The check-in must be made at the Cruise Terminal of your port of embarkation.

2.   How much earlier can I embark if I have the MSC Express form?

You will need to be at the Cruise Terminal an hour before the ship’s departure time for all sailings originating from a non-U.S. port and at least 90 minutes prior to the ships scheduled departure for cruises depating from U.S. ports. Guests arriving later than the 90 minutes check-in time will be denied boarding.

3.  Does the MSC Express form have to be completed by every person in the cabin?

Yes. The MSC Express form must contain the correct details of all the people occupying the cabin. Each guest should enter the MSC Express section to fill in their details, as well as those of the remaining guests. You may print the web check-in form only when all the appropriate information has been filled in.

4.   Do I need to show the MSC Express form when I embark?

The printed form, together with the cruise ticket, will give you access to a preferential and specific check-in line with respect to the other passengers, when you check in at the port.

5.   Will there be any need for other documents when I check in?

At the Check-in desks, you’ll need to present: the MSC Express form, cruise ticket, and the form of identification indicated in the MSC Express section of your form.

General service conditions

In the MSC Express section of this web site, the User can speed up the embarkation procedures at the point of departure by means of an on-line pre-check-in.  In order to do this, it is necessary to register the guests who are part of the same booking, including their personal details. The form that appears at the end of the registration process should then be printed off and must be presented during embarkation. This registration must be made jointly by all the guests personally (by parents on the behalf of minors). This is done by reading and accepting the terms and conditions of privacy laws related to the information given. The User agrees that the personal details provided in the registration form are reliable and accurate, and assumes responsibility with regards to the privacy limitations in question. It should be remembered that the pre-check-in registration must be made by and no later than 48 hours before the date of embarkation. After this period, the system will automatically reject permission to print the final document required for the completion of this registration. The passenger will, therefore, be obliged to follow the normal procedures for embarkation.
