Like a “ship within a ship,” MSC Yacht Club’s dedicated VIP areas are available onboard the MSC Fantasia, which debuted in December 2008) and MSC Splendida (which debuted in July 2009). The MSC Yacht Club allows its guests to experience the best of both worlds – more personalized service in a private, intimate setting while also enjoying the full benefits these magnificent vessels have to offer.

As its name implies, MSC Yacht Club offers guests a luxurious and intimate cruise experience comparable to sailing on a luxury yacht. In addition to elegant décor (including the Swarovski crystal stair case featured above), yacht club guests enjoy an extraordinary level of pampering and personal service that begins with priority check-in and continues with 24-hour butler service, with butlers trained to the standards of the International Butler Academy. Butlers are available to unpack, deliver guests’ favorite international newspapers, serve daily English Afternoon Tea and arrange for front-row seats in the ship’s theater.
The pampering continues with the staff at the Concierge Desk. Available 24 hours a day, the concierge staff offers a wealth of information and special services, including reservations for alternative dining and spa services as well as arranging private shore excursions and onboard shopping.

MSC FANTASIA & MSC SPLENDIDA – PERFECTLY DESIGNED FOR LUXURY CRUISING
The MSC Yacht Club suites are located on the prestigious upper foredecks of MSC Splendida and MSC Fantasia, with superb views from their own private balconies or full-height panoramic windows. Designed and furnished to the highest standards, they all boast beautiful marble bathrooms, double or single beds with ergonomic mattresses, the finest Egyptian cotton sheets and a choice of pillows.
MSC Splendida and MSC Fantasia offer countless vacation pleasures in addition to the luxurious Yacht Club such as the Aurea Spa well being center with thermal cave for relaxation and rejuvenation. For the kids, our children’s play area includes a swimming pool with water slide. And our Aqua Park features 150 illuminated musical fountains. A magnificent theater with unique live entertainment is available every evening or catch a movie at the interactive 4-D cinema. FIRST CLASS LUXURY SUITES
The MSC Yacht Club offers 99 sumptuous Italian designer suites, most with a private veranda and others with sweeping floor to ceiling windows. All suites feature walk-in wardrobes, full complimentary mini-bar beverages, Samsung LCD screens and some also provide a Bose system and Nintendo Wii station. A perfect night’s sleep is guaranteed on the king-size bed with an ergonomic mattress, Egyptian cotton bed sheets and selection from a pillow menu drawn up in collaboration with Dorelan pillow research laboratories.
MSC Yacht Club offers a choice of 22 Deluxe Suites (sleeping 2 to 4 adults), 3 Executive suites, 64 Standard Suites and 10 Royal Suites. Two of the Executive Suites are fully equipped for the comfort of disabled guests. MSC Yacht Club suites also have complimentary mini-bars. Guests can also enjoy in-stateroom spa services, and laundry and dry cleaning are included free of charge. WHITE GLOVE BUTLER SERVICE
Enjoy first-class service from your very own Butler, trained to meet all of your needs. Our white-glove service begins with a personal greeting from our Butlers and Concierge staff the moment you come aboard. To ensure a highly personalized stay for all MSC Yacht Club guests, MSC Cruises has introduced a classic butler and concierge service. Available 24 hours a day, you can call your butler via the simple touch of a pager. Following priority check-in, you are welcomed on board by the head butler, offering champagne and canapés and introducing your personal butler, who then escorts you to your suite, explains the main features and offers to unpack your suitcases.
The butlers provide a valet service, including shoe care and laundry – a choice of dry or wet cleaning and ironing is available for same or next day delivery. Each morning, even at sea, they will deliver your favorite newspaper in the original layout with that day’s world news. Butlers can also make priority bookings for tender access and shore excursions, spa packages and à la carte restaurant reservations, reserve front row seats in the theatre for evening performances, select cigars and fine liquors and even arrange for fresh flowers to be delivered in the suite each day, upon request. For the ultimate shopping experience, butlers can arrange tailor-made shopping packages, whereby the onboard boutiques will open specially, so you can shop discretely and at your leisure.
Butlers are dedicated exclusively to MSC Yacht Club guests 24 hours a day and provide the following services:
- Priority check-in and check-out with the Butler team waiting to assist guests with luggage at the terminal, escort them to the priority check-in area, and facilitate formalities during port calls
- Unpack and pack suitcases on request
- Collect any laundry, dry cleaning and ironing for same or next day delivery as requested
- Towel service twice daily
- Shoe-shine service on request
- Deliver your favorite international newspaper in its original layout every day, even at sea
- Reserve front row seats at the theater through the Butler or Concierge (limited availability)
- Daily English High Tea service

MSC Yacht Club guests enjoy private dining with an extensive choice from MSC Fantasia and MSC Splendida’s immensely varied restaurants, either through 24-hour room service or in the Yacht Club’s own Top Sail Lounge, where a traditional English high tea is served daily as well as complimentary beverages in the MSC Yacht Club area.
When it comes to dining, MSC Yacht Club guests have access to round-the-clock dedicated room service menu; complimentary drinks, pastries and appetizers at the Top Sail Lounge all day long; complimentary dining at the specialty restaurants (L’Olivo, gourmet Mediterranean restaurant, onboard MSC Splendia or L’Etoile, gourmet French restaurant, onboard MSC Fantasia) as well as dining in a special reserved section of the panoramic main dining rooms (Villa Verde onboard MSC Splendida or Cerchio d’Oro onboard MSC Fantasia). In addition, complimentary beverages are available in the MSC Yacht Club cafes, bars and the ship’s main restaurant.
